The Best Connection are recruiting for a general office assistant / receptionist for a company in Leyland.
Job duties:
Using a PC so must be computer literate
Answering the phone,
Dealing with visitors
Interfacing / dealing with our engineers
Maintaining / updating our QA & safe contractor systems and including audits.
Processing orders & Producing job sheets
Checking invoices against time sheets or orders placed
Liaising / working with Lynsey who looks after our accounts & payroll (Lynsey is remote)
General office duties.
Chasing up outstanding quotations with our clients.
(This role is very flexible with the hours and what days you work - 24 hours a week)
The preferred hours are 9.00am-4.00pm but this can be flexible to work round school hours or other commitments if needed.
The position is on a part time / reduced hours basis. Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. This can be a mix of days, but excludes Fridays.
