💼 Accounts Assistant - Full Training Provided! 💼

📍 Location: IMMINGHAM

💰 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you looking to develop your career in accounts and finance? We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is looking to further their skills, with full training provided.

✅ Duties Include:

🔹Stock management

🔹Processing payments to suppliers

🔹Payroll administration

🔹Customer invoicing

🔹Bookkeeping activities

🔹Assisting with tax office requirements and due diligence checks

🔹Supporting the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and other financial documents

🔹Managing petty cash

Key Requirements:

🔹Previous experience working within an accounts or finance environment is desirable but not essential.

🔹Experience using accounting software, particularly Sage Accounts, would be highly advantageous.

🔹Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. While advanced expertise is not required, candidates should be confident using basic Excel functions and spreadsheets.

🔹Strong numerical skills and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.

🔹Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

🔹Ability to follow instructions, manage workloads effectively, and complete tasks to a high standard.
