Our client, requires an Accounts Administrator. Our client offers Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm £28,000 per annum. Duties include processing supplier invoices, matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, assisting with general accounting administration and responding to finance-related queries.
Tasks include for an Accounts Administrator:

Processing supplier invoices

Processing sales invoices

Supporting in recording financial transactions in our accounting system, Xero and job management software, SIMPRO

Assisting in maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts.

Handling general accounting administration.

Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Filing, Scanning and Maintaining spreadsheets for invoices and approvals.

Managing Account Inbox.
Key skills & Experiences required for an Accounts Administrator:

Basic Outlook skills

Basic Excel knowledge

Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant/Administration role is essential

Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

Organised and can work to deadlines

Basic Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial

Basic Knowledge of Simpro would be beneficial

Knowledge of CIS would be beneficial but not essential
