Working days:

• Monday to Friday 
• Some weekends - with a day off in lieu in the week 
• overtime on offer 

Working Hours 

9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

Details of the Job

• Building strong relationships with Customers 
• CRM system updates
• Working towards targets
• Maintaining an excellent level of customer service to ensure the best customer experience

• Comfortable with working in a very fast paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Pride yourself in your ability to keep your client happy
• Great communication skills as speaking to customers is part of your day-to-day role
• PC Literate
