Account Manager - Alton

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join one of our valued clients based in Alton. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Details Of The Role:

• Location: Alton
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Job Type: Permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and projects
• Coordinating print jobs from initial brief through to delivery
• Liaising with internal production teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Identifying opportunities to up sell and grow client accounts
• Providing accurate quotations and managing client expectations

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a printing company is essential
• Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
