The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a moivated Production Line Operative on behalf of their long-standing and highly respected client based on the outskirts of Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual looking to join a busy and fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term progression and development.

Duties of the Production Line Operative

• Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure all products meet client and company standards before dispatch
• Identify, report, and remove any damaged or faulty items from the production line
• Transport cages, stock, and materials between warehouse areas as required
• Assist with packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment at all times
• Follow all company health and safety procedures and warehouse regulations
• Support general warehouse and production operations to help meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements of the Production Line Operative

• Good level of written and verbal English to communicate effectively within the team
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently after completing training
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and lifting tasks throughout the shift
• Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and limited public transport access
• Valid passport required for identification and compliance purposes
