The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting experienced 7.5T Delivery Drivers for a well-established client delivering white goods to customers across the UK.

This is a hands-on delivery role, with every driver paired with a driver's mate to assist with lifting and the physical aspects of deliveries.

The Role

• Delivering white goods to customers across the UK.
• Working as a two-person delivery team with a driver's mate.
• Driver's mate assisting with lifting and manual handling.
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Completing relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Maintaining a professional and reliable approach throughout the working day.

Pay & Working Hours

• £15.50 per hour - flat rate for all hours worked
• 06:00 start
• Monday to Friday.
• Occasional Saturday work required.
• Ongoing temporary assignment.

Driver Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 1 year's experience driving a 7.5T vehicle.
• Valid C1 / 7.5T UK driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good customer service skills.
• A reliable and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role.
