The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking a 7.5t driver to work on a temp to perm contract in Newbury. Our client is a large distributor of parcels.

Rates of pay:

• £15.07 per hour- This is being reviewed next month with a chance of an increase.

Hours of work:

• 08:30 or 09:30 till finish
• Monday to Friday – Saturday optional

Responsibilities of the 7.5t Driver:

• 45-50 drop per day (Including collections)
• Have good customer service skills
• Assisting the team to complete residential and commercial deliveries
• Perform complete pre and post operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.
• Be able to operate a scanner

Requirements of the 7.5T driver:

• The successful candidate will possess a current and valid Category C1 Licence, DIGI taco and CPC card.
• Pass a DBS check.
• Able to carry loads up to and above 25kg.
• Be physically fit.
• Have an interview with the client
