Production Operative - Middleton

Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: £12.21 per hour, higher rates achieved through overtime.

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 0600-16:00

Are you a hands-on, reliable individual looking for a new challenge in a growing business? Our reputable client is looking for a Production Operative to join our hardworking team at their Middleton site.

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations, helping to manufacture and prepare products to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
• Ensuring quality control is maintained throughout production
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing role
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Reliable and punctual
