The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Night Production Operatives on behalf of our well-established distribution client based in Wolverhampton.

Immediate start available.

Pay rate range from £16.63 to £17.82 per hour dependent on role

Working hours 23:00pm - 06:00am

Weekend flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor quality.
• Assist with finishing steps as required.
• Follow production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in print area.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to spot and correct issues before they escalate.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions independently.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced distribution environment
• Flexibility to support weekend operations when needed
