The Best Connection Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant to join a well-established business in Solihull.

This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy trade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers on the trade counter in a professional and friendly manner.
• Processing customer orders and handling enquiries.
• Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Supporting the warehouse team when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working on a trade counter is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay Rate:

• £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Working Times:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm.
