We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Carers on behalf of our client, a reputable care home in the SA2 area of Swansea. This home specialises in providing high-quality care to elderly residents, including those requiring end-of-life care and those living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- ️ Delivering personal care and support to residents in line with their care plans.
- Providing emotional and physical support, ensuring the dignity and well being of each resident.
- ️ Assisting with daily activities, including meal times, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Working collaboratively with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment.

- Competitive pay rates: £11.50 per hour for day shifts and £12.50 per hour for night shifts.

Requirements:
