The Best Connection are recruiting Parcel Sorters to join a world-leading logistics and distribution company based at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington.

Available Shifts for Parcel Sorters:

• 13:00 - 21:30 (Monday to Friday)
• 17:00 - 01:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Friday to Monday, Fri & Mon - 21:00-05:30, Sat - 19:00-05:30, Sun - 18:00-04:30
• Additional shifts available
• 8-10 hour shifts starting as early as 13:00 and finishing as late as 06:00

Duties of Parcel Sorters:

• Sorting, labelling and scanning parcels
• Uploading shipment information onto computer systems
• Quality checking cargo
• Loading and moving parcels
• Manual handling of parcels up to 25kg in some areas

Requirements for Parcel Sorters:

To work in this airport-based role, applicants must:

• Be willing to undergo a DBS check (funded by us)
• Provide a 5-year checkable work history for aviation security clearance
• Complete a fully funded Aviation Cargo Operative course
• Be flexible with working hours
• Be available for weekends and bank holidays when required
