FOOD PACKERS / GENERAL OPERATIVES Required!
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for x 15 FOOD PACKERS / GENERAL OPERATIVES to work at Birmingham Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global industry leading Airline Catering company, with Full Training provided!
- Pay: £12.21 per hour
- Overtime Pay available
- Shift: 4 on / 2 off over 7 days, 07:00 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 18:30
- Location: Birmingham Airport
- Duration: Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities

Role & Requirements of a FOOD PACKER / GENERAL OPERATIVE:
- Preparing food tray sets
- Conducting temperature and quality checks
- Checking stock and flight trollies
- Unloading incoming trollies from flights in preparation for cleaning
- General washing, sorting, assembling and packing of airport equipment
- Stripping airlines trollies and delivering to relevant departments
- Sealing flight canisters, trolleys and recording numbers
Please note: Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:
- Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (Paid for by us!)
- Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us!)
- Be able to provide a full 5-year address history
- Have an in date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
- Be willing to attend Aviation Security Training Courses
