We’re improving how we work to give you faster, simpler access to shifts, pay, and support helping you manage your work life more easily and efficiently.  

We’re launching a new worker app to make it easier for you to manage your work with us — including viewing bookings, updating your availability, and submitting timesheets. 

No. You’ll still be offered work in the same way. The only difference is that you’ll have more visibility and control through the new worker app. 

You can view and accept shifts, upload timesheets, access payslips, view assignment details, update personal information, and more. 

Shifts are updated in real time. You’ll receive notifications when new roles are available or when your shifts are confirmed. 

Yes. You can update your availability directly in the app to ensure you’re matched to relevant shifts. 

Yes. There are no changes to how or when you’re paid. Timesheets and pay cycles will continue as normal, just within our new systems. 

Yes. You can message your consultant through the app or contact your branch via email or phone during working hours. 

You can still speak to your branch at any time, but many routine updates like shift offers and confirmations will now be sent to you automatically. 

You can contact your local branch or use the support contact form within the app for help. 

We strongly encourage you to use the new worker app, as they’ll give you quicker access to important information and make managing your work easier. Using our new app is the only way to view your payslip and other documents. But don’t worry — our team is still available by phone or in person if you need help. 

If you cannot download or would prefer to use a web version of the app, this is also available.

We’ll continue to offer alternative ways to communicate with us and ensure you receive the same level of support. 

Yes. We’ll provide clear instructions and support to help you get started with any new digital tools or changes. 

Absolutely. All systems are secure and fully compliant with data protection regulations.
