• Actively support efforts to fight against modern slavery by embedding robust, ethical recruitment practices across our business. 
  This includes forming a dedicated working group of Tackling Modern Day Slavery Champions across the company who meet regularly to share ideas and drive continuous improvement. For some of our larger clients, we also offer a fully managed onsite operation, allowing us to oversee recruitment and workforce planning end-to-end, with ethical compliance built in from the ground up. 
• Invest in comprehensive staff training so our team is equipped to identify and prevent exploitation. Our teams participate in regular internal training days and external modern slavery workshops to stay informed on current risks and best practices. We also provide clients with clear, practical materials to help them identify signs of modern slavery on site—recognising that our clients are often best placed to spot the early indicators of exploitation. 
• Uphold full transparency in our recruitment and employment processes to promote trust, compliance, and integrity at every stage. Our dedicated Compliance Quality and Assurance Team rigorously monitors all recruitment, auditing and employment processes. This team is fully supported by departments across the business, including Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Training, to ensure our practices meet and exceed industry standards.
