To work for The Best Connection, you’ll need: 

  • British passport or Birth Certificate 
  • Proof of National Insurance Number
    If you’re not a British citizen, you’ll need either a Share Code or a Valid Biometric Residence Card.
    Driving roles may require additional documentation – your Recruitment Consultant will guide you through this.

If you notice an issue or have a question regarding your pay, please contact your local branch as soon as possible. We will work to resolve it quickly. 

Our holiday year runs from 1st March to 28th/29th February each year. 

We operate a weekly payroll  you’ll be paid every Friday, one week in arrears, directly into your bank account via BACS. 

Your payroll number can be found on your first payslip. Keep this number safe for future reference. 

Visit the Nest Pension website to manage your account. You may need to wait a few weeks after enrolment before opting out becomes available. 

You’ll be told which process to follow when you start your assignment. Some clients use digital timesheets, while others may require both a client and TBC timesheet. Your dedicated consultant will explain what’s needed. 

You can view your payslips online anytime via your My Best Connection portal.
