Our Level 3 apprenticeship is equivalent to an A Level. You’ll split your time between branch work and training – including eLearning, workshops, and 1-2-1 coaching – all supported by a dedicated Learning & Development Consultant. Read more on the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 apprenticeship.

Our programmes typically last 12 to 15 months, depending on your role and experience.

You don’t need formal qualifications to join the business or start an apprenticeship with us. If you don’t have Maths or English qualifications, we’ll provide 1-2-1 support to help you gain them during your apprenticeship.

All apprentices receive the same benefits as our employees and are outlined on the job advert. Salaries are competitive and reviewed annually based on performance and role.
You’ll be an employee, not a student – but you may still be eligible for student-style discount cards and apprenticeship benefits.
You’ll be a full-time employee, working in-branch while developing your skills through shadowing, workshops, online learning and personalised coaching. Read more about apprenticeships with us.
Yes! You’re employed as a full-time employee from the first day, building a long-term career in recruitment.
We hold annual salary reviews for all employees to recognise progress and development.
After completion, we’ll support you in progressing into a full-time role across one of our 80+ branches nationwide. Many apprentices move into consultant, management, or support office positions.
Every apprentice is supported by a dedicated apprenticeship coach, local branch mentors and manager, and our central Training & Development team. You’ll also have access to wellbeing, EDI, and learning resources.
