 Receptionist (Part-time) 

Are you organised, motivated, and ready to be the heartbeat of a busy branch? We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist to answer a high volume of calls and deliver a high-level service to our clients and temporary workers. Previous experience? It’s preferred but not essential—we’ll provide full training and support!

What You’ll Do: 

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and temporary staff over the phone and face to face 
  • Provide full administrative support to your branch 
  • Deliver excellent service that reflects our company values 

About You: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel 
  • Confident communicator, on the phone and face-to-face 
  • Friendly, organised, and reliable 

Working Hours: 

  • 15 hours per week, Monday – Tuesday 
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
