Our Commitment

As a responsible recruiter, The Best Connection is steadfast in our commitment to eradicating modern slavery in all its forms. This is both a statutory and moral duty which is embraced by all our employees.

We recognise that modern slavery is a grave violation of human rights and a global issue that requires collective action, and as such we are dedicated to playing our part in combating this crime.  For this reason, we have implemented robust measures to ensure that our operations and supply chains are free from any form of modern slavery.

Our Vision

We remain resolute in our dedication to bringing an end to modern slavery and shaping a future where human rights are upheld, and exploitation is no longer tolerated.

Our Processes

Across our organisation, we conduct thorough due diligence when engaging with suppliers and partners, ensuring that they share our commitment to ethical practices and human rights. We expect our suppliers to adhere to strict anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and procedures.

Our employees undergo comprehensive training to recognise the signs of modern slavery and report any concerns promptly. We encourage an open and transparent culture where everyone feels empowered to speak up and act against any form of exploitation.

Internally, we have established clear policies and guidelines that emphasise zero tolerance towards modern slavery. These include:
