Sales Administrator

The Best Connection is working with our client based in Washington. They are a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive products. Due to an increase in business, they now require an Inside Sales Associate to help with the workload.

Duties will include:

• Processing orders using an EDI system
• Create shipping note for warehouse team and control shipment to fulfilment
• Arrange dispatch and custom clearance and handle export documentation
• Manage and control deliveries to the UK
• Process sales invoices
• Obtain orders and forecast from customers to control inventory.
• Maintain and utilize internal inventory management system.
• Create and process orders and invoices
• Control shipping from suppliers, importing documents, inbound shipments and arrange receiving products with carrier and warehouse department
• Supporting new business development of sales department internally
• Create reports relating to sales and inside sales department to monitor KPI’s
• Involvement with new business launch up projects and EOP
• Office Admin tasks including dealing with calls and email from customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments

The candidate:

• Experience of duties and responsibilities above in working in a business to business environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Driving licence
• Experience of international trading
• Language skills in French for business communication would be desirable

Hours of work:

• Mon - Thur 8.30am – 5pm
• Fri 8.30am- 3pm

Pay rate:

• £12.40 per hour flat rate
