The Best Connection creates East Midlands ‘Super-Branch’

The Best Connection employment group has created a ‘super-branch’ in Mansfield to serve its customers in the East Midlands. Due to growing demand for temporary staff from businesses in the driving, industrial and warehouse sectors in the locality, the company has merged its teams from Mansfield and Sutton in Ashfield to consolidate its presence and activities. The move will provide a central employment hub in the region.
“After a successful period of growth for both branch locations we were faced with finding new offices for both teams. Due to the geographical proximity of the two operations, it was decided that a single, ‘super-branch’ should be established in Mansfield that would deliver the most benefits for our customers and staff,” said Neil Yorke, Director, The Best Connection.
Both teams made the move to the ‘super-branch’, which is located at 39B Stockwell Gate, Mansfield, NG18 1LA, in August 2019.
“The recruitment industry is rapidly moving to a fully digital service. Whilst this has its benefits for those seeking temporary work opportunities, we also recognise the importance of local people who put a face and personality to the process. We want to give our customers the best possible experience and meeting consultants face to face plays an important part in this journey,” added Yorke.
Across its network of 88 branches, The Best Connection employs 875 staff in the UK and North America and has specialised in the provision of temporary staffing solutions to the Driving, Industrial and Warehousing & Distribution markets for the past 28 years.
