Jane Power joins The Best Connection as Business Assurance Manager

Flexible workforce solutions business, The Best Connection, has welcomed Jane Power as Business Assurance Manager based at the company’s headquarters in Bromsgrove. The role has been created to support The Best Connection’s ongoing transformation programme which is focused on making improvements to business systems, processes and communication methods which will be introduced to benefit employees, clients and temporary workers.
Power will be responsible for supporting The Best Connection’s internal business Process Owners by managing the accuracy of its Business Management System Manual and Risk Management Framework. This will ensure service levels to clients and temporary workers are optimised.
“We are delighted to have Jane aboard to support the administration and management systems. She will be undertaking a pivotal role as we enter the next phase of our transformation programme,” said Neil Yorke, Director, The Best Connection.
As a holder of the Chartered Quality Institute Quality Management Diploma from Birmingham City University, Power also has qualifications in Business Improvement Techniques, Quality Assurance and ISO Internal Auditing.
