Strategic Workforce Solutions Group Ltd (SWS) strengthens leading recruitment and training brands

The Directors of The Best Connection Group Ltd and its shareholders have created Strategic Workforce Solutions Group Ltd (SWS) as a holding company to support the growth and diverse activities of its operations. Since 2011, the business has acquired five complementary companies and established two international operations. The umbrella company will take advantage of the brand awareness, product range and services across all of its sister companies.
The transfer of ownership of all subsidiary companies took place on 31 December 2013 forming the new Group structure.
Commenting on the official launch of SWS Group, Neil Yorke, director, said: “Collectively, the subsidiary companies of SWS Group share over 150 years’ experience across a complementary range of markets and activities. It made sense to bring the businesses closer together in order to strengthen our go-to-market propositions and to leverage existing relationships. We have already materialised these benefits by expanding what we can offer to our customers. This will also help us to further differentiate our services from our competitors. From a day to day management perspective, each company remains under the control of their respective independent boards.”
SWS is owned and controlled by the founder members of The Best Connection Group Ltd and as directors of SWS they support the growth, development and service provision of the entire Group.
