The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Yard Marshall on behalf of one of our well-known Clients in the Crewe area. Our client is a UK wide company specialising in the storage, distribution and management of packaging solutions for many lead retailers.

This is an ongoing role.

Daily duties will include:

• Being able to work in all weather conditions
• Directing incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Directing HGVs and trucks into the correct loading bays
• Managing 9 vehicle bays
• Speaking to drivers
• Using walkie talkies
• Working in a fast paced environment to manage and hit company specific KPIs
• Adhering to all health and safety rules
• Litter picker during downtime

• Any 3 over 7 shifts
• Shifts will increase to around 6 shifts over Christmas and busy periods when the yard is busy
• Weekends are included in this role
• 10am - 2pm
• £13.13 per hour
