Our client requires an experienced warehouse team leader to lead a small team.

Hours and Rate of Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00-16:30
• £12.94 per hour

The Role

• Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing
• ·Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation (based onsite at the prison)
• ·Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the in-mates
• ·Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded
• The ability to work in a prison warehouse environment
• ·A good understanding of warehouse processes, desirable
• .Good communication skills across all levels
