The Best Connection are an employment agency seeking Warehouse Operative Team Leader for an ongoing temporary to permanent assignment for our client in South East, London.

Hours of work:

• 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Pay rate:

• £12.82 per hour

About the Role:

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and showroom, helping provide outstanding customer service, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse and showroom staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, order fulfilment, and dispatch.
• Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks as required.

This is a temporary to permanent position subject to a satisfactory performance during the probation period.
