The Best Connection in Bolton are hiring for a Senior Warehouse Team Leader for our client in the BL1 area of Bolton.
This job role includes:
- Supporting the development and oversight of the continuous improvement processes.
- Managing the team to monitor and improve working methods to increase productviity.
- Plan and organise all warehouse functions that need to be carried out in a timely and effective manner.
- Coaching and training employees to adhere with internal performance management procedures.
- Managing external contractors via the permit to work process.
To be sucessful for this job role you need to have:
- A good seconfary education
- Previous experince working with steel and metal
- Managment experience for minimum 3 years
- Good communication and listening skills
- Six Sigma/LEAN experience (preferred)

- Monday - Friday 0800-1630 with a 30 minute unpaid break.
