Our client, a national logistics company near Gloucester city centre, requires an experienced warehouse supervisor to join their team.

Hours and Rate of Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 07:00-16:00
• £15.09 per hour

The Role

• Supporting the Operations Manager running the transport operation.

• Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure high productivity and compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate with logistics for packing and dispatch, ensuring compliance with picking lists.

• Train, manage, and support new starters and temporary staff, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhering to Health & Safety processes and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
