The Best Connection Group Limited are recruiting for our client, a prestigious distribution company based in Aston who have an immediate requirement for a PM Shift Supervisor starting immediately after the successful interview stage. Responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor:

• Ensure daily customer service levels are achieved.
• Ensure daily performance and quality KPI's are achieved.
• Work with warehouse manager to develop own performance, team performance and process with the warehouse. 
• Ensure stock integrity is maintained to the highest possible standards.
• Support the implementation of best practice within the department.
• Deliver daily team briefs.
• Carry out and support HR related duties.
• Complete all daily Put Away form Good Inwards.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping across site. 

Requirements of the Shift Supervisor:

• To deliver the highest levels of service and quality to the customer.
• Ensure processes are followed and constantly challenged to deliver the best results for service and cost.
• Manage performance within the warehouse operations to deliver both quality and service to the customer.
• Challenge self and others to be the best and strive for excellence at all times, always putting the customer at the centre. 

Rates of Pay:

• £15.83ph

Hours of Work:

• PM - 14.00 - 22.00 Monday to Friday
