Due to relocation & a huge increase in work, our client a leading global brand, is looking to recruit and add a number of Warehouse / Goods In Operatives to their dedicated & committed team.
This role will involve working with a variety of household, garden & leisure products.
- Reporting to the team leader, the ideal candidate will;
- Be responsible for booking in the incoming stock
- Ensure all is booked in accurately
- Be capable of working as part of a team
- General warehouse duties
- Ensure that all relevant labels are attached to each unit & box - then palletised correctly & safely
- Achieve the set targets in all areas of work e.g. turnaround, productivity KPI's & customer expectations
- Maintain the accessories’ location in a clean & structured manner to assist all clean and packers
- Raise any issues to the Team Leader
- Be aware of and work to all health & safety procedures and highlight any issues
- Any other associated tasks
Due to the nature of the role, candidates will need to have some computer literacy skills - as the role will involve using a computer & an internal system to record information and print labels.
The working hours are 0630 - 1530 Monday to Friday
