The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Parcel sorters for our well established client based in Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton.
The role:
- Sorting and preparing parcels for delivery
- Scanning of incoming and outgoing parcels
- Checking addresses match parcels correctly, ensuring no parcels are mis-sorted
- Loading and unloading deliveries ensuring deadlines are met
- General warehouse duties
Candidate requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and complete documentation as required
- Excellent numeracy and literacy a must due to checking parcel codes and addresses
- Previous parcel sorting experience desired
- Positive and enthusiastic work ethic
- Flexibility for the below working hours and reliable transport
Hours of work:
- Weekdays and weekends available
- shifts vary, such as 3pm-12am, 3pm-3am, and 6pm-3am
- 8-12 hour shifts
Pay Rate:
Own transport is desirable but not essential due to the shift finish times.
