Location : Bracknell

Shifts and Times : Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700

Pay: £12.96 per hour (Overtime paid at £18.50 per hour)

We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients operation in Bracknell. If you have a passion for organisation and efficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Team Lead and colleagues in daily operations.
• Manage inventory control and cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Handle goods receiving, picking, and packing for outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through daily housekeeping.
• Process outbound materials and orders according to established work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with other teams to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing.
• Proficient in stock receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting practices.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP or JDA.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow standard work instructions.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check.
