Immediate Start – Warehouse Operative Roles in Didcot 

The Best Connection is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our prestigious client in Didcot on an immediate basis. With both day and rotating shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent position after a successful trial period.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM – £13.21 per hour
• Rotating Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM – £15.19 per hour
• Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking medical products in preparation for dispatch
• Working in a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Reach Truck or VNA training preferred
• Ability to read and understand picking orders
• Positive, "can-do" attitude
