• Warehouse Operative with Forklift Counterblance 
• Location: Sittingbourne
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM - 18:30 PM
• Pay Rate: £12.47 

The Best Connection is currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse with Counterbalance to work with our client on a temp to perm assignment, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and reliable individual to become an integral part of a thriving warehouse environment and be offered the chance to train as Forklift Flexi/Bendi Operator as well. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Forklift: Safely operate and be trained up to use the Bendi Forklift to move and organise stock.
• Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack items from both air and ground locations.
• High-Volume In-bounding: Manage high-volume inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• General Warehouse Duties: Perform a variety of tasks including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements:

• Counterbalance Forklift licence - Training provided to use the Flexi/Bendi FLT
• Safety Gear: Must have own boots and hi-visibility vest.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
