The Best Connection Mansfield are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced environment in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values quality, teamwork, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Cutting Department:

· Use internal systems to process customer orders

· Inspect and cut fabric accurately to meet quality standards

· Safely move and store rolls of fabric

Packing Department:

· Group and package items for dispatch

· Weigh, label, and prepare goods for shipment

· Handle wallpaper paste boxes and deliver internal supplies

Stores Department:

· Unload deliveries and update stock records

· Colour check and ticket products

· Complete stock checks and maintain rotation

General Duties:

· Maintain cleanliness of racks and machines

· Support basic maintenance tasks

· Follow health & safety procedures

· Assist with training new team members

What We're Looking For:

· Previous warehouse experience preferred

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

· A Counterbalance FLT licence is beneficial but not essential

· Willingness to travel to other sites if needed

Working Hours and Pay Rate:

· £12.21 per hour, with the opportunity to progress through pay levels once trained in various departments

· 8am - 4.30pm (Mon-Fri)
