Company currently seeking Warehouse Operatives for a Manufacturer and Distributor of Food Products in the Park Royal area.

Pay £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:

Receive, inspect, and process returned food items from customers or delivery routes(Returns Department).

• Check products for spoilage, temperature compliance, packaging damage, or incorrect deliveries.
• Record all returns accurately in the warehouse or inventory management system.
• Separate and dispose of expired or non-conforming stock according to food safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Customer Service teams to resolve return-related issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the returns and quarantine areas.
• Adhere to all food safety, health & safety, and warehouse operational procedures.

Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:

• Previous experience in food distribution, warehousing, or returns handling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and cold chain compliance (e.g., HACCP awareness).
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in chilled environments.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Could be any 5 to 6 days in a week 7 AM to 4 PM
