Job Title: Loading Bay Operative (Full-Time – Driving Licence Required)
Location: Carlisle
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4:30pm
Join a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. We are looking for a dependable and physically capable Loading Bay Operative to become a key part of our busy operations team. This is a very physically demanding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles quickly, safely, and efficiently
- Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Ensuring goods are properly secured and correctly stored
- Supporting inbound and outbound logistics in the loading bay
What We Need From You:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience in a manual, physical role (e.g. warehouse, removals, logistics)
- Excellent physical fitness – able to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working attitude
- Health & Safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
