The Best Connection are looking for a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients based in the Chesterfield area.

As a Warehouse Operative in the Goods in department you will be responsible for splitting pallets that have been delivered and inputting them onto the companies database. Using a pump truck, you will be distributing the items to the correct location in the warehouse. This is a labour intense role that will require heavy lifting.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

Main duties:

• Splitting pallets
• Using handheld scanners
• Moving items around the warehouse using the pump truck
• Inputting details onto the database

Key skills and experience:

• Goods in experience.
• Picking experience.
• Computer literate.
• Able to physically manipulate items around the warehouse.
• Excellent work ethic.
