Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer based in St Athan, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join their team This role involves managing inventory and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and organising inventory
• Ensuring timely and accurate stock management
• Booking items in and out of the system
• Pre-assembling components as needed
• Conducting quality checks

This is an ongoing position, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totalling 39 hours per week

Shift Options:

Day Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Friday, 6:30 am to 11:30 am
• Pay rate: £12.52 per hour

Afternoon Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Pay rate: £13.90 per hour

Overtime Rates:

• After 39 hours: Time and a half 
• Saturday: Time and a half 
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: Double time
