The Best Connection Portsmouth are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Portsmouth for Van drivers for a temp to perm role. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis for a full time role for the right candidate. We are recruiting for 4 drivers for this role.

You will be required to:

• Deliver medical and pharmaceuticals to chemists, hospitals, supermarkets etc. (No residential addresses) 
• Driving a Mercedes sprinter or VW Crafter LWB vehicle.
• Working in a busy environment as you will be required to load your vehicle in the morning and then go out and deliver your goods for the day
• Pre and Post vehicle checks to be completed
• Physical role as you will be delivering large quantities of pharmaceuticals.

Hours of Work:

• 06:30-16:30 Monday to Friday
• 06:30-12:00 Saturday Mornings

Pay rates of work:

• £14.00 between 06:00-0800 (Monday-Friday)
• £13.00 between 0800-1800 (Monday-Friday)
• £19.50 Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 

You will need to have:

• Category B Driving Licence
• You will be required to complete a 45 question theory test which is pass or fail, followed by a practical driving assessment before even starting to work. You must be able to travel to Totton site to complete these assessments.
