The Best Connection are recruiting multiple Cat B Van Drivers to work with their client on the Team Valley, Gateshead. The role is a multi-drop parcel delivery service and will be ongoing until January 2025.
The role:
- Loading the vehicle at the start of the shift
- Using handheld scanners and a route planner, you will be required to deliver parcels in the local area
- Efficient and accurate delivery of products to every customer
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and the Best Connection
The candidate:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Multi-drop experience is essential
- Smart appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude to customer care
Hours of work and pay:
- The client operates 5 shifts over 7 days
- Start time from 08:30am
- £11.44 per hour
- 8 hours minimum
- Plenty of opportunity to additional shifts
