The Best Connection are currently working with our client based in Durham.  Due to increased workload and new contract wins they now require 4 x Upholsterers to join their busy team.

Duties will include:

• Manufacturing bespoke furniture to customer specification
• Upholstering and assembling timber frames
• Cutting and Sewing experience preferred

The role:

• This role is mainly factory based but may be required to carry out the occasional night away.  Travel and accommodation would be provided as well as a night out allowance.

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Rate of Pay:

• Basic £13.75 - £15.00 per hour depending upon experience
• Overtime paid after 45 hours and Saturday at time and a half:  £20.63 - £22.50 per hour

The roles have immediate start dates and will be ongoing temporary positions with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidates.
