The role of Transport Administrator:

Reporting to a Transport Manager you will be responsible for...

• Liaising with drivers over routes, loads
• Completing all necessary 'paper work' for the routes, load
• Using internal spreadsheets and transport systems such as Paragon
• Compliance checks on fleets
• Booking drivers onto shifts
• Office based environment

Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30

Starts after successful interview with Transport Manager

• Experience in a transport office and planning is desired
• Experience of use of Microsoft Packages such as Excel preferable but full training provided on internal systems provided.
• People facing role
