The Best Connection are currently recruiting for 2 transport administrators for our busy client in Gravesend on a temporary to permanent basis.
The hours of work are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.
Pay is £13.46 per hour (£28,000 per year once permanent).
Duties will include:
- Taking and making service calls to customers
- Accurately and efficiently logging calls into the system
- Raising purchase orders
- Handling customer queries
- Assisting with transport and route planning
- Using internal systems (full training provided)
- Liaise with engineers and service managers
- Work towards KPI's
Desired Experience and skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong ability to efficiently plan and schedule engineers and vehicles

Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels
