The Best Connection are currently recruiting for 2 transport administrators for our busy client in Gravesend on a temporary to permanent basis. 

The hours of work are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Pay is £13.46 per hour (£28,000 per year once permanent).

Duties will include:

• Taking and making service calls to customers
• Accurately and efficiently logging calls into the system
• Raising purchase orders
• Handling customer queries
• Assisting with transport and route planning
• Using internal systems (full training provided)
• Liaise with engineers and service managers
• Work towards KPI's

Desired Experience and skills:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong ability to efficiently plan and schedule engineers and vehicles

• Strong ability to efficiently plan and schedule engineers and vehicles

• Capable of handling a high volume of telephone calls with professionalism and composure

• Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels
