The Best Connection Glasgow are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join our prestige client based in Eurocentral. This is a genuine opportunity for on-going work for the right applicant.

Working hours:

  • You must be fully flexible attitude, hours could vary 5 over 7

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Dealing with crew issues
  • Planning of routes
  • Input of drivers time sheets
  • Weekly distribution of haulier confirmation notes
  • Responsible for all administrative
  • General Admin Duties

Requirements of the Transport Administrator:

  • Previous transport admin experience
  • Posses a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Be an effective and confident communicator and be able to develop good working relationships at all levels within an established business
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work within tight deadlines
  • Looking to develop a career in a transport environment
