NEW OPPORTUNITY – B3 Forklift Driver – Aylesford
- Job Title: B3 Forklift Driver (16 Tonne)
- Location: Aylesford
- Pay Rate: £14.72 per hour or £16.00 per hour Umbrella Pay
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hours per week)
- Contract: 6-month contract – Immediate Start!
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a B3 Forklift Driver (16 Tonne) on behalf of our client based in Aylesford, who are in the process of closing down their site. This is a temporary position expected to last 6 months - maybe longer, offering full-time hours and a competitive pay rate.
Main Duties Will Include:
- Operating a B3 forklift truck to load and unload modular cabin units from vehicles
- Selecting and moving units as requested by the workshop team
- Assisting with fitting and removal of cabin interiors such as furniture, partitions, and fittings
- Carrying out basic checks and maintenance on forklift/MHE equipment
- Supporting general yard and site clearance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- B3 FLT Licence / Telehandler Exp - 16 Tonne FLT Operative
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties and work outdoors
- A good level of physical fitness
