•  Lead a dedicated team and oversee daily operations with groups of prisoners.
• Ensure smooth operations in alignment with HMP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Lead by example, supporting and training staff to achieve and surpass KPIs.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring accurate deliveries and efficient picking.
• Order Accuracy: Manage timely and accurate dispatch of orders to offenders.
• Security Oversight: Work closely with the Security Manager (DHL/HMPS) to report any security concerns.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to HMP regulations and work instructions. Ensure safety by conducting risk assessments and reporting findings.
• Team Development: Induct, train, and support your team to ensure peak performance.

Working Hours:
⏰ Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

• 30-minute unpaid lunch break

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: At least 3 years of operational experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong IT skills for accurate reporting.
• Security Cleared: Enhanced security clearance is required.
• Committed to Safety: Understands the importance of health & safety protocols and compliance.
