About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will:

• Oversee daily operations with groups of prisoners.
• Ensure compliance with HMP processes for managing and recording prisoner activity.
• Promote and maintain Health & Safety standards.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and surpass operational KPIs.
• Reconcile stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring accurate delivery and item picking.
• Manage the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to offenders.
• Report security concerns to the Security Manager (DHL/HMPS).
• Adhere to work instructions, HMP rules, and regulations.
• Induct, train, and support staff effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety risk assessments and safe systems of work, including reporting and investigations

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch break).

Requirements:

• Secondary education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ operational experience.
• Strong IT skills for accurate and timely reporting.
• Enhanced security clearance (mandatory).
