Contract Type: Temporary, Part time
Our Wolverhampton based client is looking for a part time Team Leader to join their existing team.
The hours of work would be Wednesday 18:00 - 02:00, Saturday 11:00 - 19:00 and Sunday 08:00 - 16:00 after completing training.
It would be advantageous to the candidate to have previous experience at working in a sterile service environment.
General duties will include:
- Overseeing and checking products against predefined quality standards
- Operating and monitoring machines and equipment
- Overseeing repairs of equipment
- Monitoring production processed by teams
- Supporting the production manager in planning and operational processes
The higher pay rate is achieved by completing a training course and being taken on permanently after a 12 week trial period.
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
